You know, since I got married, I don't know the taste of garri and semovita, because I don't eat them anymore, who have time to be eating dried grounded flours? I eat Pounded yam, I'm not talking about Poundo yam, that thing they wrap in nylon gotten from where I don't know.  I eat freshly pounded, as e dey hot.  Why else did I marry my wife?  She serves me pounded yam pounded by her daily, and sometimes twice daily. 

You see marriage is not a bed of roses, it comes in different pack, anything you meet with you unravel yours you should take it like that.  If he beats you, take it as your fate, you can take his name and picture to prayer that God may change him, but no, don't divorce. It's a taboo in our place.

Tell Nkoli to stop talking to a man like that, she should use words like lord and master like Sarah did in the Bible even though she beats him hands down in academics because you see its not about intellectuals, do you have pay-nis? 

I wonder what's happening to our African women today, they are being westernized by the westernization of the west leaving behind our ancient African landmark, like our mothers who stayed with our fathers regardless of the beatings.  That's what marks the industrialism of our Women, the ability to take pain, endure, suffer and still smile!

You see Amadioha and sango drank the blood of our children even though they are carved masked, we brought them heads, and ruthlessly killed but that's our own religion, let's throw the white man God away!!!

Emeka is not a real man, how can he be petting his wife?  Doesn't he know that if you pet her too much she will go wild and ride you and run you?  So teach her, by beating and by making her feel she's nothing. Teach her that her life depends on a man, and she's done a whole lot of Good and the least she can do is to give you her body to do with as you like.

A woman works? A woman having lands? A woman being rich and self made without a man? 

These people are jeopardizing our heritage,  the woman's money belongs to a man, and like a project in the higher institution she should submit her properties to her husband and be grateful for the little he gives her.
